How do I clean my plushie?

To keep your plushie looking its best, gently hand wash it in cold water and let it air dry. Do not use a washing machine, as it may cause the yarn to fray or lose its shape.

When is my next restock?

I update my restock dates on my website and my Instagram, @traceycrochets.

Where do I ship?

I ship internationally!

Will I bring back older plushies?

Each plushie I make is one of a kind, so I typically don’t bring back older designs. Every creation is unique, making it extra special for whoever adopts it! Keep an eye out for new releases, you never know what's coming next!

Do I make custom plushies?

I currently do not offer custom plushies.
